EARLY LIFE OF JACK WARNER

Austin Jack Warner received scholarship from Trinidad Clay Products so that he can attend the College to St Phillip’s and St James which later on changed to Presentation College, Chaguanas. In his later phase of life he attended the Mausica Teachers Training College and the University of the West Indies so that he can obtain his degree in history. In 1973 he received the honor of the TTFA secretary where he lived for 16 years until he gave his resignation in the year 1990. During this critical period, Jack Warner became the strong man of football. He also got the opportunity to serve as the President of the Caribbean Football Union and also been the special adviser to the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation. He has also been elected as the President of CONCACAF at the Congress on 9th May, 2004.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND ACHIEVEMENT

•Elected as the General Secretary in 1978 to the Caribbean Football Union.
•Elected as the President of the Caribbean Football Union in the year 1983.
•In 1990 elected as the President of CONCACAF.
•Appointed as the Special Advisor to the Trinidad and Tobago Football Federation.
•In 1997 won the Vice President of FIFA.
•Founder of the Professional Football League in Trinidad and Tobago.

•Member of the FIFA Executive Committee.
•In 2005 Member of the FIFA Committees.
•Member of the FIFA Emergency Committee.
•Member of the Bureau FIFA World Cup Germany 2006.
•Earned the chairman of the Organizing Committee of the FIFA U17 World Youth Championship.
